When bookings are requested online we may ask that a 50% deposit is paid to confirm your slot. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is within 48 hours of the booking.
Quoted prices do not include waiting time or any variation of the route with extra pick ups and/or drop offs.
We endeavour to carry out all confirmed bookings although on occasions we may have to sub contract your booking to a trusted operator.
We do not allow food, drink, smoking or vaping in our vehicle. We operate a £100 soiling charge. The liability of this soiling charge falls on the person who made the booking.
When a flight is subject to delay, we will always endeavour to carry out the journey, however, if we are unable to due to other bookings, and we can’t pass to a trusted operator, this may not be possible. This is an extremely rare possibility (and to date hasn’t happened).
